Like many others, we have made the difficult decision to close our offices and our team is working remotely. We are operating on a regular schedule to ensure we are available to assist you. While everyone is properly prioritizing physical health of themselves and their employees, we also know that you may have concerns regarding your business operations and we wanted to share resources that we found that may answer many of your questions.

On an ongoing business we will be gathering information on topics like tax relief, credit assistance, legal matters (a.o. force majeur), travel and immigration and hr matters. It is important to realize that there are differences between federal, state and even local initiatives. Be sure what you are reviewing is applicable to your business.

A new Interim Final Rule from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) solidifies Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) counting rules, stating that all employees, foreign and domestic, of a business and its affiliates (absent an exception) count for purposes of size limitations.

SBA Announces Lapse in Appropriations
