Carmen has more than 20 years of global experience in international sales and business development for the private and the public sectors. She has lived in Mexico and traveled extensively doing business in Asia and Latin America, and she resides in the US since 2006.

Carmen has a degree in Law in Spain and a Master in Management of International Commerce from the University of Valencia, Spain. She also has a Masters in International Relations from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX and is certified by the CIPS in Public Procurement and is a certified PCQI and trained as FSVP.
