Aaron is a dynamic HR professional with experience in employee recruitment onboarding, employee development, HR processes, HR compliance, employee benefits, and the total employee experience, to name a few. She holds a bachelor’s degree from The State of New York University at Buffalo (UB) in Business Administration with a Human Resources concentration. She has experience working with both large and small companies focusing on employee management as well as process improvement.

Aaron is passionate about helping our clients successfully manage their HR Departments here in the U.S., by providing guidance and acting as an extension to your HR Department to provide peace of mind. As the extension to your HR department, Aaron hopes to make you feel secure that your employees are being taken care of, while also following all applicable employment laws as they may be pertinent to your business.

When Aaron isn’t in the office, she can be found spending time with her family or working on her many hobbies including sewing and hiking.
