Willem holds a bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management. After finishing his education, he became a commercial trainee with one of the three biggest Dutch banks. With a 12-year career in local-, domestic- and international banking, Willem has extensive experience working with all kinds of businesses.

Whether it’s start- or scale-up, SME, or corporate client, Willem understands their needs and talks their language. He has specialized in (international) financing, financial logistics, and entrepreneurship. He spent his last 2,5 years within the bank as a specialist in banking in the USA, worked from New York for a while, and has built up a vast network.

Before joining TABS, he worked as its Chief Business Officer for two years with an internationally appraised hospitality scale-up.
