Thalia obtained a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Alicante, Spain. After completing her studies, she worked at a consulting firm, primarily collaborating on projects related to private banking.

She joined TABS through the IVACE scholarship, inspired by her interest in how Spanish companies expand into the U.S. market. Today, she focuses on building strong connections with clients and partners, facilitating valuable collaborations.
