Dolph Hogewoning is the current Consulate General of the Netherlands, New York, first joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1987. He has maintained a prestigious career serving the Kingdom of the Netherlands around the globe in Madrid, Damascus and Mexico. In 2016 he was appointed the Consul General in New York.

Steve Maggi received his Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2001. In 2004, Mr. Maggi started SMA in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 2011, Mr. Maggi moved permanently to New York City to expand SMA and work with franchises and businesses in order to create investment opportunities to foreign nationals obtain investor visas and green cards and assisting foreign companies who want to expand their businesses into the U.S. and send management personnel to undertake those expansions.

Jan Joosten is a partner in Baker & McKenzie’s New York office. He focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (public and private), joint ventures and capital markets transactions. In addition, he has extensive experience in representing Dutch and other European companies that do business in the US on a broad range of issues. Mr. Joosten has been recognized by Chambers Global as a Regional Expert in Corporate M&A. He serves as chairman of the Netherland-America Foundation and the President of Leiden University Fund (USA) Inc.

Robert Lewis is a Partner in Baker McKenzie’s Employment and Compensation Practice Group. Rob represents foreign, domestic and multinational employers and management, including those in financial, luxury retail goods and services, and healthcare industries, in connection with the entire panoply of employment issues arising under U.S. and foreign law. Rob regularly defends employers in litigation, arbitration and other modes of alternative dispute resolution. Rob is a member and former co-chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Subcommittee on International Employment and Labor Law and the American Bar Association’s International Law Section.
