Floor studied Psychology at the University of Groningen and obtained a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Amsterdam, both in the Netherlands. During this Master, Floor specialized in Culture and Organization Management.

Floor wrote her thesis about Dutch entrepreneurs in New York City, conducting extensive research on cultural differences between the Netherlands and the U.S. and other factors influencing successful market entry in the U.S.

In 2023, Floor took on the role of Business Development Manager, responsible for finding, developing, and onboarding new customers. As of February 2025, she now leads both the Business Development Team and the Relations Team, driving strategic growth and strengthening client partnerships.
