Senior Bookkeeper (Accountant)
TABS Inc. is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance Team in the Eindhoven area. In this role, you will take ownership of your own client portfolio, lead financial projects, and guide a small team of bookkeepers. You will be the trusted partner for international companies expanding into the U.S. market and play a key role in ensuring their accounting and compliance are managed with precision.
Responsibilities

Onboard and manage a portfolio of B2B clients

Serve as the first point of contact for accounting questions and support

Review and oversee bookkeeping and tax filings (including income tax and sales tax)

Lead financial projects such as annual filings and 1099 submissions

Supervise and review the work of junior financial staff
Job qualifications and skill sets

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent)

At least 3 years of experience in a B2B, client-facing accounting role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines

Fluent in both English and Dutch

Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or Dynamics 365 is a plus

Previous experience supervising or coaching a team is preferred
