Tom Snodgrass

Tom’s career spans a period of over 30 years in various Controller and Corporate Controller roles ranging in size from startups to concerns doing well over 100 million in annual revenue. He has worked for Westin, Hilton, Omni, Rosewood, Marriott, and several other well know independent brand hotels, conference centers, and golf resorts.

Tom has lead teams with responsibility for payroll, accounts payable, receivables, tax, annual budgets, reconciliations, and financial statements. He has been involved in multiple development projects as well as renovations and new builds and has been instrumental in the design, sourcing and overall implementation of accounting systems, both front and back office, payroll, and human resource applications, as well as point of sale systems.  His focus is to create simple, common sense solutions that provide ease of use and result in fundamental fiduciary responsibility and control to owners.

Tom has a degree in Finance from the University of Oregon, has held real estate license in two states as well as Series 7, 66, and both state and federal insurance license.
